Quattro Stelle is a family owned and run company founded in 2006 by 23 year old Antonio Nicastri. Though they are a relatively new company, their history dates back almost 400 years to the Italian province of Calabria. It is here that the Nicastri family bred their own animals, and produced traditional salumi.

Antonio wanted to replicate the long lost art of salumi making, which his parents and grandparents had passed down. Quattro Stelle is now in high demand, and is renowned for being one of Australia’s best smallgoods companies.
